I'm still learning the basics. I don't know what "dogen" is but dukkha is related to the 4 Noble Truths that Buddha taught. (I think)

Dogen was responsible for bringing the Soto school of Zen Buddhism to Japan.

You should check out the Genjokoan section of the Shobogenzo. You should also check out some commentary on it for further clarification here and here.
