Hello Folks
Im Michael ,
based in London
Im a Nyingma Yogi
very interested in Chod, and many Dudjom Lineage Practices
have travelled to tibet 3 times, mainly staying in kham in denma valley
also very interested in Pemako
anyone interested in a Dudjom ngondro or Chod group please get in touch as I need to start learning how to play my Damaru properly and effectivley

Lama Jinpa has a video up on youtube regarding the basics of playing the Damaru. I'll find the link eventually and post it here for you for quick and easy access. Welcome though!
