I think I flipped through it once (and I mean flipped). Basically, you could say I've never really seen the inside of it.

Historically, the winning sectarian arguments were not really based on texts. Chan took over in East Asia with the rhetoric of an outside scriptures lineage, Vajrayana is also organised around personal contacts. Social control of religious organisations requires social networking, those who care about books remain hidden in the libraries.
