Yes, Nagarjuna's Verses on the Middle Way - in two commentaries for Chapter 2 on Going they basically rehash Zeno (although I will need to reread both commentaries more carefully to make this a definitive statement).
Actually there are a lot of Western academic papers on exactly this so it's nearly certain to be wrong. But Western academics have addressed the seeming similarities.
If so, I have found that the only way through is to painstakingly work through the reasoning for oneself. You may not like what you find...
