Searchable Tibetan Dictionary using Tibetan glyphs?

Is there a TibetanEnglish dictionary searchable using Tibetan glyphs?

I am thanks and that is close to what I need but not 100% there. So for example using the Tibetan Machine Uni glyph set it thew an illegal character error. Well the character isn't illegal. So I'll looking for at least a searchable Tibetan/English/German or other western language dictionary that has it's own built in keyboard so an error like this can't happen (of course it's possible that there is an error in the sadhana but then the error message should be different and it should recover nicely).
