Same book as before says Wheat and Rye are both sweet, heavy, and cool. Tibetan docs..... hands down they know more by my take. The only occasional problem I could see is in the cultural barrier....some foods such as highly refined wheat are simply not common to their experience, but is endemic in the american diet. So I would check on that.
