This is a three hour workshop on the Five Elements Movements of Lu Jong. Both theory and practice are included. Learn the movement practice, as well principles of Tibetan Medicine, Tantrayana Buddhism and the subtle body system.
Lu Jong is a precious tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, rooted in Tibetan Medicine, Bon and Tantrayana. It is a series of movements that train the subtle body channels by releasing blockages, mobilizing stagnant energy and harmonizing body systems. It works simultaneously on the physical, mental and energetic bodies. Benefits include: increased immunity, reduced negative emotions, greater vitality, and the cultivation of a focused mind and open heart.
Discover how the body is the vehicle for the mind on the path to spiritual development.
Taught by Farrah Garan in the tradition of Tulku Lobsang.
