I have an internal fungal infection which is very hard to get rid of and am under the care of a specialist. I've had it for 10 months, but the specialist said it could last for years. The immune system does fight it, and I know that adequate sleep and proper nutrition are important for the functioning of the immune system. I was wondering if there are other things I can do to boost my immune system?

I'm sorry but what may be appropriate for a 400 pound male of thirty to boost their immune system may be having he total opposite result for a eighty year old woman of 90 pounds.

If there were blanket improvers of such things all would take them.
There are not as all is individual and must be approached as a individual.
Solicite suggestions certainly but be careful to apply them only within this context is my suggestion. Qualified

A holistic practitioner may be most helpful.

Thanks Kevin. Another thing I read was that it's important to take it easy and not be under stress. Meditation can help for stress.

I suppose I should say exactly what I have. It's valley fever. Most of the time it just gets into the lungs, but in my case it spread to the bones. Most of the symptoms have already disappeared but improvement is SLOW.
