Following the Dharma of Tibetan Buddhism.

Interested in the Dzogchen and Nyingma traditions.

Just started reading "Mind in Comfort and Ease" by H.H. the IVth Dalai Lama, and just finished listening to the audio book "The Joy of Living" by Yongey Mingyur Rinpochet.

It's a pleasure to have found this forum.

Hi there! Glad you are off to a good start. Another favorite of mine is "Healing Anger" also by HHDL. And add in a copy of Shantideva and you're off like a rocket.
Sergeant Schultz knew everything there was to know.
