I never thought of the Introduction Forum as a place to introduce other members, but I guess you learn something everyday, huh?

When you are important enough, people will announce your arrival as you enter.
Me, I'm sneaking in the backdoor in a used and old thread in the introduction forum.

I would endure it for myriad lifetimes
As your companion in practice"

I know Anders was trying to sneak into another introduction but I thought I'd take the liberty to create his own thread. This way we can all notice his arrival, no sneaking in the back door!
I'm very pleased to have Anders Honore here, welcome!
You may recognize him from his contributions to other dharma sites.
Sneaking in the backdoor....see what happens!!! Caught with a capital C.
I am new here also. I suspect your educated views on things of dharm will be found to be very beneficial to individuals on the site and the site itself.
Welcome aboard.
"This order considers that progress can be achieved more rapidly during a single month of self-transformation through terrifying conditions in rough terrain and in "the abode of harmful forces" than through meditating for a period of three years in towns and monasteries"....Takpo Tashi Namgyal.

I also welcome Anders.
However, some people might resent being forcibly introduced. This is something to consider. I'd be careful about doing this. I wouldn't want shy people to be scared away.
People post when they want to post. I think we should respect their feelings.

Thank you very much Luke. I'll consider your words carefully.

Thanks meindzai!-- same here. It feels good to read Buddhist posts on this old laptop again.
The part where I go on about how valuable good online Buddhist resources can be could go here, or I could just refrain... I think I'll refrain this time.
