It's a bunch of crap. You only say this because you are completely unfamiliar with the annals of Gelug masters.

I'm not familiar with the annals of Gelug masters. I concede that. Good for them.

Not really, Drukpas mostly have togdens nowadays, Barom Kagyu is really a repa lineage. Even today there are several repas of Barom Kagyu in Tibet.

What about Dungtso Repa, the later?

Phenomenon, vast as space, dharmata is your base, arising and falling like ocean tide cycles, why do i cling to your illusion of unceasing changlessness?

Togdens are usually monks, who do not cut their hair after retreat. But not always.

The Togdens I know of, those in Himachal Pradesh, are Drukpa Kagyu, and they practice Chakrasamvara and Vajrayogini, and the associated completion stages, which include TsaLung practices of course.
They do wear cotton shawls, so I suppose you could call them Repas, I'm not sure if there's a tradition of distinguishing "repas" proper, from any cotton-clad yogis. And, yes, Togdens maintain monastic vows, as well as the Bodhisattva and Tantric vows and commitments.

They also practice some Nyingma terma, as do all the Drukpas, really....Guru Drakmar, and the practices of Lama Gongdu, are held in high esteem by the Drukpas.
