Ajahn Brahm is Theravada, but his book is solid.
Mindfulness, Bliss, and Beyond: A Meditator's Handbookhttp://www.amazon.com/Mindfulness-Bliss ... 0861712757
Ajahn Brahm, solid? You understate the case. Ajahn Brahm sitting on a mountain makes the mountain look like it is made of jello. He's the only Theravadin teacher I trust implicitly. (Mind you I am not familiar with many Theravadin teachers.)
I've seen him in real life. He has excellent speaking skills. Absolutely no stuttering, "ums" or hesitation. He has a very sharp and clear mind.
I wouldn't be surprised if he is an Arhat.
Thanks for the suggestion...
I am going to order his book.
glad to hear also that he make some complain on the "scripture"... thats a good sign ... i enjoy people that "kill the buddha"
(for me intended).
