Tibetan culture; in which by the truth showed by Buddha one doesn't reject the human rights and beneficial Buddha Dharma, emerging in the culture.

My view is that we have Buddha nature and that a Buddha in training is one who is working to clear the obscurations and impediments that hide it from view.
So there is probably not one person on this board who is not a Buddha in training.
