I appeal to all my Buddhist friends to help this little girl (Andrada Maria) by donating or promoting this campaign. She is the niece of Shaku Gonen (Bogdan Barbu), my great friend and one of the founding members of the Romanian Jodo Shinshu Buddhist Association from Romania. The girl needs help as soon as possible. Please, show your Compassion in these times of suffering.
Here is the link with details about Andrada's ilness and ways to donate:

I will keep you updated.

Namo Amida Butsu,
Josho Adrian Cirlea

UPDATE:
Andrada will start a treatment in Ukraine. She needs to go there 3-4 time per year, and for each session we need to pay : 2084 euro for treatment, 1500 euro for hosting, 700 euro for transport.

Hi Mr Gordo,

not sure if you know this family or came across this by chance. If you know the family you may want to pass on this very helpful website. http://www.dinf.ne.jp/doc/english/globa ... 00201.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
This girl will likely need a lot of support during her life and services for disabled children (or adults for that matter) in Romania are very limited and medicalised. They do not seem to get the kind of help they need to cope with their situation and stimulate the development of their daughter. The website has a lot of easy to read information on how to support/live with a disabled child and how to create aids yourself with low cost materials. It doesn't replace quality services but might at least offer some help.
