You might also want to look into technology jobs in Eatern Europe. I've heard that those skills are in demand here, but I teach English, so I don't have first-hand experience. The cost of living can be cheap in Eastern Europe outside the capitals, but then much fewer people speak English outside the capitals. You might even be able to teach computer science or math in schools here in English. Who knows? It's worth looking into.

I enjoy living in Hungary very much and I have no desire whatsoever to return to America.
