Yes color pleeeez some nice color. I feel like I am imprisoned in some kind of Mahayana concentration camp! Let there be light!

Humf. Here we sit in the Auschwitz of bulletin boards. Still no color. I think someone hates us.

Re: Border color scheme makes a difference from midnite black
Greetings Catmoon, all,
Part of the problem is that the template schema is called "bl@ck" and it's had some customisations done to it, including the Dharma Wheel headings and a few other bits and bobs.
Unsurprisingly one of the key features of the bl@ck schema, is the black colourings and we don't seem to be able to work out yet how to change it. Any changes made don't seem to 'stick'.
We do have occasional access to someone with the tech-skills to do something about it, and David is looking to organise that at some point so we can introduce a different colour scheme, either by tweaking the bl@ck schema, or by applying the customisations to a different base template.
Metta,

I have to admit it does look a little more soothing after seeing the black for so long.

And here I was finding the black so soothing... *sigh*David N. Snyder wrote:justsit wrote:Thank you, thank you!

Re: Border color scheme makes a difference from midnite black
I knew it! We have been resisting any attempt to change the neutral black format for so long because we knew that everyone could not be pleased. But then the complaints kept coming in and we finally figured out how to change it. Now that it is changed, some will want the black back.OgyenChodzom wrote: And here I was finding the black so soothing... *sigh*
oh well, . . .

Blue light blazing
Re: Border color scheme makes a difference from midnite black
Weeeeeeee! Much improvement, my hypersenesitive moods no longer trigger on login. Small amounts of bright green and red would give a Tibetanish look. Hard not to overdo it tho. Tnk u !

Re: Border color scheme makes a difference from midnite black
There were some technical issues with the prosilver (blue) format we had, so we had to change it to the format you see now.
Hope you like it.

Wow
Perhaps a colour change every X weeks can be established?
