Does anyone know when Stephen Hodge's book "Reading Buddhism Through Chinese: An Introductory Grammar And Reader" can be expected?

Hello,
I heard through the grapevine that the book is completed but there are some contract disputes relating to Dr. Hodge's previous book through Routledge, The Mahāvairocanābhisaṃbodhi Tantra that are delaying the publication of this text. The Amazon date for the text has been getting pushed back for years.
