One of the options is you can upload to here http://imgur.com/

and then insert the link in between "[img]""[/img]" (take out the quotations)

edit: There is a tab to upload an attachment when posting too, but I personally don't like having to scroll through a large image...and I'm too lazy just to click on it to expand it.
