I heard that it is the only national anthem that mentions "Buddha" in the song. The other Buddhist nations have all dropped references to Buddha to be more "modern."

Very rare video of the chinese panchen lama, qoigyijabu's or by his secular name is gyaincain norbu. He is seen here exiting the Shigatze monastry in tibet. The Dalai Lama picked a new panchen lama in 1989 but in 1990 china replaced the 7 year old by arresting him. He very rarely leaves bejing and is never seen in public. Note the security unit around him and also how little reverence he is paid by other monks. Most of the roudy crowd behind me are chinese tourists yelling tashidelag and one tibetan woman screaming something unknown.
