Rebirth and endless time

No holds barred discussion on the Buddhadharma. Argue about rebirth, karma, commentarial interpretations etc. Be nice to each other.

Not always on time..., expectations?

Nature is untouched by our apprehended ideas. Not conditioned by anything. Even continuum or endlessness is fabricated concept, expression.

figurative:The tv is not conditioned by the soap of 3 pm or the news of 6 pm.

Oh yes indeed, like that. Humans invented systems to calculate the coming and going and distances in how they experience phenomena.
Einstein as well, saw that this was in the limitations of humans concepts, but very useful tool to come just too late for the train.

i thought time was relative and even gravity affects it...

the Buddha talked of time...used measurements such as kalpas....

hence not an illusion ....

Time is not an illusion. I mean, in an absolutly way, its an illusion like everything else except nirvana.

Thinking mind makes asertions, contradictions "it is, it is not". ordinary thinking conceptual is temporary, it is not existing other than by invented apprehension.

Wisdom (purity...) is timeless, empty, no base. In thought is no timeless.

Metaphor: moving cloud in moveless sky. temporary cloud in timeless aware nonconstructed sky.

Someone, forgot who, wrote here once: be the sky, not the cloud. :anjali:
