I'm a lad from Russia, trying to learn and practice Dzogchen tradition of Buddhism. As I found out, there's no any good forums in Buddhist themes in Russian, so I decided to visit your one
It's interesting if any other Russians habitate here? When I mistakenly registered at DhammaWheel.net, I found some therein...

I answered only one. And it was marked by the sign "?"plwk wrote:Which one?
Yes, Holmes. And it was logically to be the first in this theme, wasn't it?plwk wrote:This one? It's interesting if any other Russians habitate here?
But you've already posted more than 400 messages in here. I thought you know if here is any Russian or not... Don't you know that yet?plwk wrote:I am an Asian, not a Russian
No, of course It's just a sentence to inform people about myself. A kind of introductionplwk wrote:This one? ...trying to learn and practice Dzogchen tradition of Buddhism
Really? And which path did you choose, plwk? (if it's not a secret, of course)plwk wrote:I am not a follower of Dzogchen nor well versed in it...however...hopefully this may be of help to you...

Nope, I do not recall any Russians in here and do not normally read into any user profiles, just their questions and answers. But you've already posted more than 400 messages in here. I thought you know if here is any Russian or not... Don't you know that yet?
Chinese Mahayana's Pure Land with interests in Theravada and some basic stuff in Vajrayana, as found in the Tibetan and Japanese lineages.Really? And which path did you choose, plwk? (if it's not a secret, of course)

Re: Hello from Russia!
Ah, bien I see. But you know, I think due to reach more deep level of talking, more qualified and useful posts, to be more and more useful to each other, people have to know one another more close. If we no nothing about people surrounding ourselves, level of our messages will be not very high. I mean we will be lazy until we're indifferent to the others. And we are, until we know nothing about our DharmaWheel friends...plwk wrote:Nope, I do not recall any Russians in here and do not normally read into any user profiles, just their questions and answers.
Maybe other people are not, but as for me I am interested in other people. Everybody is a Universe, in some sense, and is interesting.
What d'you think about that?
Oh, I guess you've got rather complicated views, plwk. Theravada meets Mahayana... unusual mixplwk wrote:Chinese Mahayana's Pure Land with interests in Theravada and some basic stuff in Vajrayana, as found in the Tibetan and Japanese lineages.
And what prevails: Mahayana or Hinayana?
