Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche is talking about it in the end of this video. It happened at Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Denmark this autumn.

This is great news...he has already benefitted many sentient beings, and I rejoice that he will continue to do so, in new ways.

It is realized through the blessing grace of the Guru and fortunate Karmic potential.

Sadhu! Sadhu!
1 Myriad dharmas are only mind.
Mind is unobtainable.
What is there to seek?

2 If the Buddha-Nature is seen,
there will be no seeing of a nature in any thing.

3 Neither cultivation nor seated meditation —
this is the pure Chan of Tathagata.

4 With sudden enlightenment to Tathagata Chan,
the six paramitas and myriad means
are complete within that essence.

"To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget." –Arundhati Roy

Great!
Although many individuals in this age appear to be merely indulging their worldly desires, one does not have the capacity to judge them, so it is best to train in pure vision.

I am not at all surprised. He has the air and humility of a qualified teacher anyway (and of course the knowledge). Good news.
