Rongbuk Monastery is at the foot of Mt. Everest situated a few miles down the road from Everest Base Camp. The highest monastery in the world, it is being slowly rebuilt after suffering devastating damage during the Cultural Revolution.

Zen Master Seung Sahn said, “That’s simple. Atomic bombs come from the mind that likes this and doesn’t like that.”

"Even if you practice only for an hour a day with faith and inspiration, good qualities will steadily increase. Regular practice makes it easy to transform your mind. From seeing only relative truth, you will eventually reach a profound certainty in the meaning of absolute truth."

Nature scenes around Mt. Everest. Rongbuk Monastery comes in at about the 2 1/2 min mark. Subtitled in a Cyrillic language, probably Russian.
