I was lucky enough to see this: http://gunafoundation.org/portfolio/lotv/
on KQED a few weeks ago,
and I thought it was so interesting that I got the companion book: http://shop.dharmapublishing.com/products/light-of-the-valley
out from the library.
I just wanted to call attention to it, because I hadn't realized what an incredible and mind-bogglingly challenging project this was, really amazing. I was particularly impressed by Tarthang Tulku's daughter, Tsering Gellek, who oversaw the project, see: http://www.berkeleyside.com/2011/08/24/berkeley-group-restores-2000-year-old-place-of-worship/
