Happy new-year, new moon.

Anything goes (almost).

Happy new-year, new moon.

Tonight I was studying the different phases of the moon & noticed that January 1st New Year's Day is also a new moon, at least in the Southern Hemisphere. I hope it's a lucky sign for all of us. I know that upholding the precepts & practising meditation & dharma is the way to get the most luck, but a little bit from the heavens never goes astray.
Happy new-year to all of you.

Yes, in Europe new moon is on 1st of January.
This is a good date to start anything new that needs some effort. A good sign.
