My two cents: "Knowing the path, is not walking the path" - like "Thinking and doing is not the same" those sentences are like words about words. By understanding the words, you can think "thinking about this does not show me what it really is, it must be experienced" so the words are helpful, in referring to themselves as being limited in conveying truth.
