Canadian Buddhist Radio:

Did you know you can listen to Buddhist radio in Canada? As it turns out, CMR (Canadian Multicultural Radio) at 101.3 FM, broadcasts a variety of shows from Buddhist communities…

Radio Sinhala (Saturday 6-7 am)
Radio Tibet (Saturday 7-7:30 am)
Namaste Radio – Nepali (Saturday 7:30-8 am)

You can also listen to streamed shows via their website: http://www.cmr.fm/client/index.aspx
Kirt's Tibetan Translation Notes

"Even if you practice only for an hour a day with faith and inspiration, good qualities will steadily increase. Regular practice makes it easy to transform your mind. From seeing only relative truth, you will eventually reach a profound certainty in the meaning of absolute truth."
Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.

"Only you can make your mind beautiful."
HH Chetsang Rinpoche

Thanks for posting that, kirtu.

Before all you fellow Canadians rush to your radios, note that the 101.3 signal won't get very far outside the Toronto area. The streaming audio from the website will be more useful.
