I practice so that instead of fearing death, I become comfortable with the fact that one day I will reach nirvana. All phenomena that arises will cease. That's you and me. Death has an unpleasant ring to it, but nirvana sounds rather pleasant. =)

Nirvana is a real place, and I have been there. Here is a photo to prove it.
