This is a very good point.

Clarification: Buddha had no recorded opinions on Alex Jones or Noam Chomsky and it appears Padmasambhava and Tsongkhapa had very little to say on the matter as well.

Very thoughtful comments, lets continue our discussion and critique of conspiracy, how the word has been twisted and those who you think are the best on another thread. We can start one in the lounge. I promise to be fearless defending why I like Alex Jones, Greg Palast, Gerald Celente, Noam Chomsky, Edward S. Herma, William Blum, Eduardo Galeano, John Perkins, Glenn Greenwald, Paul Craig Roberts, Michel Chossudovsk, Chris Hedges, John Pilger, Howard Zinn, Chalmers Johnson, F. William Engdahl, Oliver Stone, Carl Boggs….just a few authors, business men, radio hosts, professors, military, I have ebooks, documentaries, videos, listen to on the radio and so on.

Since I've basically become a hermit up here on the foothills of the Cascade range these last 3 1/2 years whilst I was regaining my health and independence, I've done a lot of meditation and Dharma studies but also reading, listening to the radio, watching documentaries which, I actually started research prior to the 2008 crash, I was in the middle of a huge real estate boom, I processed documents for the buying and selling of property in Chicago. My research is based on why our world seems so upside down and why in the heck I became so sick exercising and eating healthy food. When you don't watch TV and you work at home you have a lot of time on your hands, so I read a lot.

I don't agree 100% with any of these authors or any of you, or even myself from day to day. Most of my research is thematic. I take a topic and find books on this topic, pro and con and compare the data to what I actually see happening in my daily life. This is also how I first started my studies in Buddhism. I also have family in black-opps and the military, small and large businesses, law and the medical field, I get to hear all sorts of stories from overseas and here at home. I think we have been blinded and enslaved by our love of gadgets. I think I'm going to make this topic my next blog, I haven't published these thoughts yet, but I am going to start real soon along with gardening tips, DIY tips, and canning and cooking recipes.

It is sad that man is not intelligent enough to solve problems without killing .... The present world crisis can be solved only by a general human revolution against outdated concepts .... Man is not a blood-thirsty animal, and war is only due to the greed and lust for power of relatively small groups, the conspiracy of the few against the many. Criminal conspirators, when they are real, are just as deluded and subject to impermanence and dukha as anybody else. A true Mahayana practitioner practices for their benefit as well. I know Karmapa XVI did prayer for Mao when he died.
