Need Help With Sakya Refuge Tree

Postby Mr. G » Tue Nov 23, 2010 3:23 am

Hey all,

Does anyone know where I can purchase a postcard or 8/12" - 11" size picture of the Sakya Refuge Tree?

I haven't ever seen a postcard size Sakya refuge tree. I could probably take a picture of the refuge tree and email it to you. Or get the poster sized refuge tree and create a postcard size image from it.

Thanks Kirt. Yeah, I have the poster size one. I guess I'll look up a way to convert it to postcard size or find a fellow Sakyapa in the photography business who can do it.

Mr. Gordo, you could find a pic you like online and print it :)

Yeah, I was thinking that too. I was actually looking up the specs on my printer to see if I could get a really good quality print out of it. We'll see. :) Thanks.

I just bought one from http://www.snowlionpub.com/html/product_5077.html
they have them for every linage, the Sakya is the last one on the page.

It's not HUGE, but 12x16 is acceptable, considering they are practically impossible to find.

Hi mr. gordo.

I have a black and white refuge tree but it's poster size. Would you like for me to send a picture of it? It would be a good size for transport or to keep on a shrine in picture form. Or do you have the same one I do? I got it on retreat.

Best,
Laura

Hey, I have that same one too. I actually have a color one I want to scan and shrink down...hopefully I get to doing that soon. Thanks though!
