i ve Heard readed about equanimity you szueeze the hapiness so the dissapointment gets smaller to so but you have Little tiny joy that also are big joybecause it stays with you and doesnt come and go with the intoxicant of drugs or alcohol.
but my question is how can it be hapiness left when you have squeezed the hapiness and the dissapointment?

i dont really understand your question, you could use language to express more clearly and with proper english.

but in my persepctive and the teachings ive read, equanimity and developing it doesnt have anything to do with happiness and dissapointment. equanimity is a state of mind where you see everything and everyone as equal. you dont have any disturbing emotions towards your enemies or keep your family and friends higher than the rest of the people and beings. this is outer equanimity and this also effects inner equanimity towards yourself and your being which is a state of mind that i can not explain to you since i dont experience it. equanimity should give you some sense of what it feels like and what it actually is.

i think equanimity brings joy and happiness, stable and balanced happiness because your mind is more stable and not disturbed by outer disturbances or distractions.

and the way you think that happiness and dissapointment is something permanent and fixed states of mind is maybe not fully accord in how reality is. and also i think that you are talking about hope and fear , happiness dissapointment. when that duality is removed there is peace and contenment and happiness or natural joy.

but i really did not really understand one single thing that your message says and asks.

will realize the insubstantial and groundless nature of confusion.
Samsara will then appear as the mahamudra itself….

You could think of it as talking about two different kinds of happiness. Happiness that comes from letting go of things, AKA equanimity. And the other happiness which comes from experiencing pleasant things and avoiding unpleasant things, which is the kind that does not last and not always with you since life will always present you something unpleasant. The first kind can always be with you since it is not dependent on things being a particular way, but only dependent on not holding onto things being a particular way.

I think when you stop identifying with thoughts, you stop clinging to wanting to have situations of joy and happiness.
Instead, you don feel the suffering from thoughts or anguish or distress or such.
What is left is the little bit of joy. Finding the truth in that releases you to enjoy happiness.

Equanimity is taking away the high and lows of the train of thoughts.
It is enjoying the fullness of each moment of life.
