1- I read In one of the jodo shu website they have prayer .
What the purpose of the prayer ?
Do i have to say the prayer to born in pure land ?

2- what the purpose of my nembutsu of I rely completely on Amida buddha ?

3- Are they have monks ( like Honen was ) or they have priests ?

Hi,

1. You only need the nembutsu to be reborn according to the founder of the school. Prayers can be seen as a supporting practice.
2. Nembutsu creates the cause for you to be reborn in the pure land.
3. There is no monasticism in Jodo Shu. This school was created to cater to lay people and yes Jodo Shu does have ordained priests to preside over temples.

Can you explain more ?

And who can I practice the nembutsu ?
Do i just say it . Or I have focus completely on it ?
And how many nembutsu i have to say in the day ?

Creating the cause meaning you secure your place in the pure land by saying the nembutsu according to the vows of Amitabha.

You just need to say it with repetition. It's very simple and straightforward.
And how many nembutsu i have to say in the day ?
Whatever number you are most comfortable with. Honen advised that is good to have a set number of repetitions per day and to be as consistent as possible in order to accumulate merit for a successful rebirth in the pure land.

Well, the same can be said for any Buddhism in Japan...
I will say, however, that it was Jodo Shu that implemented a Tendai-style precepts transmission and that it was Jodo Shin Shu that seems to have done away with such ordination whatsoever:
