One moment meditation

Postby Lazy_eye » Sat Mar 10, 2012 7:16 pm

Saw this the other day and it struck me as a useful approach for those of us with a lot of daily distractions...

Any thoughts? Would you recommend it to a friend who was interested in learning more about Buddhist meditation?

To study is to know the texts,
To practice is to know your defilements,
To attain the goal is to know and let go.

With mindfulness immersed in the body
well established, restrained
with regard to the six media of contact,
always centered, the monk
can know Unbinding for himself.
