Well, to be honest, if you're not prepared to flex at all
on this point, it's hard to think that you're too serious about achieving your health objective.
Have you tried yoga? Perhaps if you tried yoga once every 2-3 days and put the coffee away for approximately 6 or so hours prior to the yoga (replacing the coffee with water during that time) you might find benefit there.
I'm sure it would have general health benefits from its balancing effects. Would if specifically address the specific problem you raise? I don't know. It might depend on which asanas you were doing.
