Howdy

Post by vixian »

The journey ... the road ...

Have spent life bound up in my mind and body addictions.

Health problems caused me to "wake up" - nothing liek being reminded of my mortality to shake things up.
I have been exploring various Buddhist writings (including Best Buddhist Writings edited by Melvin McLeod has really given me a kick start and various works by Lama Yeshe) I feel calmer than I have for years.

I am excited to be alive and I am here to learn and to encourage others ...

Cheers
