Hello to all

Postby SeekerNo1000003 » Fri Jul 05, 2013 8:45 pm

Hello my fellow seekers!
I am here, because I find the support of other seekers invaluable. (I also have a few burning questions -- to follow).
I've been quite isolated for a number of years. I'm trying to break away from that isolation.
My experience in Buddhism is limited. I started 15 years ago, but I'm only beginning
to take interest in meditation and mindfulness. Over the years, I focused on the practice
of compassion & developing an understanding of the teachings. I've been practicing alone so far... I would
like that to change.
The journey seems turbulent at times...good luck to all!
Much love

If this is a virtual sangha, do we achieve virtualization instead of realization?

Thumbs up. Compassion is the most versatile, useful antidote to ego.
