Hi,
 Hopefully you will offer us advice on Dharma.
I will most likely be the one in need of much advice. Only a very few, simple things have proven to be very advantageous to me. They are to find inner equanimity in a moments notice no matter what kind of external stress might be presently active in my life, there is no real self needing to be established or maintained, so there is no need to get rid of anything other than the idea that there is something to get rid of, emptiness, an inner smile, to stay in the moment, and to realize that there really is no satisfaction as the end goal worth obtaining any kind of desire. Other than keeping it that simple, it might go over my head. :)
