So I heard Tulpae do become visible and touchable to others and even photographable because Alexandra David-Neel's Tulpa was seen by others. How do you make the Tulpa visible and touchable to others? Do you imagine it being visible and touchable to others or wait or how do you do it? I also heard that if the person knows the Tulpa well, then it will be visible.

And also, can Tulpae teleport?
