Greg, I'm shocked that you would even know about something like that!

He tries to fetch the people from where they are with this clip. He talks to people also who are not Buddhists yet.
I think it is a good trial.
I like him.
For people, who are not there where from he likes to fetch them - this clip could be quite scary. :rolling:
But not everybody has the same perception.
By this constructive act, may we quickly actualize ourselves as Guru-Buddhas
and thereafter lead to that state all wandering beings, not neglecting even one.

Given what we know of Mr Roach's history in relationships, I think I'll pass on taking his advice in such matters.

I'd thought The Karma of Love was a Barry White album?

Totally thought this was going to be about unwashed stoner paraphernalia.

What? No seriously, what? Its like normal Buddhism mixed feel good slogans to win followers with more money than sense. What?
Equanimity is the ground. Love is the moisture. Compassion is the seed. Bodhicitta is the result.

-Paraphrase of Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Tsephel citing the Guhyasamaja Tantra

"All memories and thoughts are the union of emptiness and knowing, the Mind.
Without attachment, self-liberating, like a snake in a knot.
Through the qualities of meditating in that way,
Mental obscurations are purified and the dharmakaya is attained."

When it comes to people like these, or marauding pseudo-protectors, or black magic, etc... my Lama normally takes a "speak of the devil and he shall appear" standpoint. He just will not discuss or allow discussion of them.

We all know the saying "there is no such thing as bad publicity (except your own obituary)", right?

Take the response by Ayu, for example. Dzogchungpa posted the clip because he considers it aversive and Ayu sees the clip (which, most likely, they never would have seen otherwise) and considers it positive.

+1 supporter for the Roach, ie mission failed!

:good: , gregkavarnos!

With the positive contradiction I wanted to stopp the gossip about a person that dedecated his life for Mahayana. May he have a thousand mistakes, it is not beneficial for anybody to laugh at him in this manner.

and thereafter lead to that state all wandering beings, not neglecting even one.
