Assuming you tried the dropbox one - did you cut & paste the entire URL?

No, I do not know of a commentary on that sutra -- check that -- the Uttaratantra is considered by some as a commentary on that very sutra.

While it is not a direct commentary on the Sutra itself, there is a treatise on Buddha nature translated by Paramartha. Sallie King wrote a good study of it in her book _Buddha Nature_.

is Sallie Kings book a commentary of a commentary? or is it a direct translation of one of the Buddhists teachers commentaries?

Susan K. Hookham also wrote a good study of Tathagatagarbha in her book (The Buddha Within) you might like it.

Bodhisattva Vasubandhu wrote the Buddha Nature Treatise. If I recall King did not translate every single verse, but her study of it is good.

The Uttaratantra is not a tantra, but a profound commentary on the Three Jewels and the buddha nature.

King's book seems like an expanded dissertation or something similar. She translates passages from the Chinese, but not the entire text. It's interest to me was that the Treatise presents the Buddha-nature theory as something that is not contradictory to the orthodox Buddhist positions of selflessness, emptiness, etc. It's a text that I think is not very well known.

I read the whole Tathagathagarbha sutra as linked in OP. But sorry I did not understand it. The only thing I read was about the benefits of reciting Tathagathagarbha sutra. But where is the Sutra?

Do I need to work on my morals?

The sutra explains what the Tathagatagarbha(Buddha nature) is.
