I have never seen a Buddha displayed on a dead animal's skin like this. The imagery is identicial with Shiva, not Buddha.
Regardless, it is a beautiful statue! On first glance it could easily be mistaken for a statue of a siddha or a samboghakaya Buddha. OM NAMO SHIVAYE!
