Hello from Kent UK

Postby Remain » Sat Mar 23, 2013 2:27 pm

Hi.

I Am a 30 yr old male from the Medway towns in Kent,
I took refuge at jamyang Buddhist centre London in 2006.
Looking for fellow Practising lay folk to learn from and also hope I
May be of benefit to the community.

Kindest regards

Hi Remain. Welcome to DW. Lovely to hear you took refuge at Jamyang.
When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself. Perception is not reality. What appear to be faults in others may actually be reflections of our own emotional afflictions. I don't have an attitude problem; you have a perception problem. Remember the way people treat us is their karma. The way we react is our own.~ Trulshik Rinpoche
