But I do live in a cave. Sure it's made of concrete, and it's one of sixty that are stacked up twelve high, and it has electricity, cable, internet, phone, and hot and cold water, but... it's still a cave.

Ever wonder where long deceased pets are?

No, but I once told my Sunday school teacher that I thought I was a lizard in my last life. He told me that I shouldn't believe in re-incarnation.

Have you ever fallen asleep while meditating?

Yes, several times. Sometimes on a high mountain peak. Sometimes on the first afternoon of summer holidays.

Ever feel imprisoned?

Only by my mind.

How free is your mind ?

Abandoning Dharma is, in the final analysis, disparaging the Hinayana because of the Mahayana; favoring the Hinayana on account of the Mahayana; playing off sutra against tantra; playing off the four classes of the tantras against each other; favoring one of the Tibetan schools—the Sakya, Gelug, Kagyu, or Nyingma—and disparaging the rest; and so on. In other words, we abandon Dharma any time we favor our own tenets and disparage the rest.

A work in progress, but ^^^^ is not a yes-or-no question.

Do you like soup for lunch on a rainy day?

No. (What's a rainy day? I live in Las Vegas, very little rain, less than a few cm all year)

Have you ever met a bhikkhuni / bhikshuni (nun)?

No, but I was in the same room as one. We just never formally met or spoke to each other.

Have you ever traveled to the opposite side of the planet from where you live?
