Meditation on:

Existence
Emotions
Free
Impermanence
Joy
Meditation
Seeking
Realisation

Inspired by some words, I like to share this meditations, guided by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.
The essence of the minds of sentient beings interpenetrate without obstruction. They are vast like space, deep like the ocean. Being like space, their essence is the equal everywhere, with no distinctive marks to be apprehended.
