Heart of teachings.

Post by DAWN »

Hello my friends,

I have some questions, it would be great if someone could answer be in brief (or not brief).

What is the Heart of teachings in Mahayana and Vajrayana?
What is the pillar?
What is the aim?

The pillar would be sila, the practice of virtue

The aim is the end of suffering and release from samsara.
