May I inquire what do they mean by "full meditation posture", "bodhisattva posture", "royal ease posture" and "crossed posture"? Thanks.

We westerners talk about "full lotus posture," but this is our terminology. It is certainly not the translation of the Tibetan. It may be what the Hindus call this posture. What we call full lotus, Tibetans call vajrasana. It may also be referred to as the seven poses of Vairochana. However, IMO, there are two different versions of these seven poses depending on the placement of the hand/arms.

I'm used to this. It's not possible to sit without blanket on the hard ground, but it is very comfortable for me. The knees came down by enduring practice.
In the beginning i needed some soft stuff under the feet. But now they are used to this position.
