Tashi Delek from Connecticut!

Post by Dhondup »

Hello everybody, I'm a male in my early twenties and a student of Gyumed Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Jampa. I'm currently observing the 5 precepts and hoping to ordain in the near future. I am also studying Tibetan, and I'd like to make my life's work participating in the translation of the Kangyur. I'm pleased to be a member of this forum and I'd like to wish you all an excellent day.

Welcome, Dondhup! Khensur Rinpoche is a great teacher, very kind; my cousin was one of his students.

Thank you for saying so! He is indeed extremely kind. It's funny because in nearly every picture i find of him he appears to frowning, but whenever I see him he is always smiling or laughing! I feel incredibly fortunate to call him my guru.
