Is it on our action or our intention?
One can kill a person for the sake of rescuing 10 other, in that case the action is bad but the intention is good.
One can take good care of a girl, not because he wants to, but because he expects something back thats worth more to him then his action.

Karma is intentional action. The moral quality and result of that action is determined by the state of mind it is committed in. Good deeds lead to ease and bad deeds lead to suffering.

Ok thx.

So if one condition himself to really believe that his actions and intentions are good then he will get good karma?

No, because of ignorance. For example killing a goal as a sacrifice while expecting rightfully deserved divine reward for the deed still results in suffering.

Mr. Bambocha,

In a way you could look at karma as neutral, in and of itself. The question of good and bad is determined by the effects - as Huseng wrote, "Good deeds lead to ease and bad deeds lead to suffering."

The question gets complicated because we tend to mis-perceive the conditions and circumstances of our lives - we fail to recognize good effects as good, and bad effects as bad.

Much of Buddhist practice is devoted to purifying our senses and our minds so that we can see clearly and identify what is truly good for us - ie. tending toward wisdom as opposed to nescience.
