For those who love movies, I recommend:
"Cherry Blossoms," (a subtitled German film).
I was going to post a review for reference; but it's often the case with good, insightful films that the reviewers, critics and other experts miss the point. From my searching, that seems to be the case here.
In a nutshell, the film is about: in the face of Impermanence, learning to "dance with your shadow," so that you can live connected, fully and awake in This moment.
It's what many people would call a "slow film." Not for me.
