Hi,
My name is Matt. I'm from Florida and have been a practicing Buddhist for about 4 years now and took refuge
around 3 years ago. I did a few retreats and have an everyday practice, but it's hard for me to keep up with
the local sangha. I had been aware of this forum for a long time and recently got inspired when I read of
an old Indian and Chinese practice of meditators writing letters to each other across the country about their
practice. Anyway, I look forward to discussion and friendship and I hope I can contribute in some way to the
ongoing Dharma.
